[mythtv-users] Ratpoisonrc example

This is mine - it lives in my home dir. Not sure what you mean by
focus options but this works for me. Sorry for long post and all the
commented out stuff! BTW - the keystate_numlock line isn't working and
if anyone knows how to fix it I'd love to hear it!
