This may be totally out of wack - but it might help.

Steps:
1) Delete your /lib/modules/<kernel identifier> directory - reinstall kernel
modules "make modules_install".

2) Reinstall ivtv "make install" during the install it will tell you if you
module conflicts - and tell you how to resolve them. You may need to install
a few times before its "clean".

3) Shutdown your MythTV box. Do a cold boot (some PVR Cards store firmware
or settings between resets).

Hopefully everything works at that point.

Disclaimer - I run PVR 250's (not 350) but it worked for me.

Sorry, wasn't clear. Yes, I am working only with your mythtv RPMs.
Kernel, ivtv and lirc are all compiled from source. ivtv was recompiled
as I moved between versions and kernels.

I was thinking that I should delete and re-add the tuners in mythtv-setup.

xine called through mythdvd is working fine. Does that count? Also,
mythmusic is working fine.
