I can't access my mythtv box at the moment so I can't provide a dump,
sorry. The only key that I couldn't get to work was the power key,
because I think it sent ctrl+alt+Fn, or something like that, which made
X unhappy. I wrote up a little table using xev and pressing every
button, then used mythweb to set appropriate keys using the table that I
made. Worked fine - except that it was impossible to use a regular
keyboard on that frontend from then on.
