[mythtv-users] smart update and upgrade causes tv to be static

I don't think ptune.pl came witht the version that got upgraded
(1:0.4.3.-103).  I downgraded to 1:0.2.0-70 and using the ptune doesnt
really help.  Any other suggestions?
