I've used ePSXe on Windows XP and it works great, even bought a smart joy 
connector to use my PS controller with it and finally completed final 
fantasy 7 after 7 years. And I've still got FF9 left :o\

Never tried it on Linux at all though, but I know ePSXe's available for it, 
and I don't see how it would be too much of a problem getting it working 
with Myth.
