[mythtv-users] Ever use VNC? I find it really useful.

I'm running Gentoo on an amd64 at home and I connect through my companies firewall, over the internet and then through my home firewall. My home broadband connection is limited to 300 kbs upstream and I still have a pretty responsive desktop. Although I can't watch a video stream, I can do just about anything else. Mostly it's like I'm sitting in front of my home PC.
I know the client had some settings, but I used the freenx server as compiled (actually a 32 bit version on my amd64). Wish I could be more helpful.
