[mythtv-users] DVD 5.1 sound through 6 analog outputs with internal player

Hello,

Mythtv now supports menus with DVD's. Thats why i want to use the internal 
Player to watch my DVD's. The only problem is, that i cannot get the 5.1 
sound working.

I dont have SPDIF but an 6 channel analog output. (3 jack plugs . One for 
front-stereo, one for the two surround-boxes and one for center and LFE)

I searched the web and found that:

I don't know if that solves the problem, because the patch seems not work with 
current svn. :( 

With xine everything works fine. Does anyone have thomething like that 
running, or know what to do?
