[mythtv-users] What mode does an HDMI DVD player use?

I have a

and it looks GREAT!  I wish I could get my MythTV to put out a 1080i
signal like that.  I can't even get it to put out a 1080i signal that my
TV likes.  Every time I try one, the log shows that the TV claims it can
only handle 768 vertical pixels.
