[mythtv-users] Mythfrontend freezes X windows when playing recording

I'm helping a friend setup Mythtv and seem to be very close to getting
it to work however when I try to watch recordings mythfrontend freezes
X windows.

I can play the recording using mplayer and the video and sound work fine.

Here are some details about the setup.
Fedora Core 4 with all updates.
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1400MHz
PVR150,
Nvidia Gforce2MX video card

The error message about Timed out waiting for free video buffers
repeats.  X windows will just freeze and I have to ssh in and kill the
X process to free the machine.

One strange thing I haven't figured out is if I use this in the xorg.conf file,
 Driver      "nvidia"  and Load  "glx"

and remove Load "dri" then I can't start xwindows.
I'm assuming the Gforce2MX video card doesn't support opengl and that
is why the nvidia driver does not work.
