[mythtv-users] Randomizing startup times for mythfilldatabase from cron

Actually, somebody said Zap2It asked a couple of months ago for everbody to
shift their schedules around to sometime beween 9am and midnight, Central
time, US (GMT -5 or -6 depending on daylight savings time).
