[mythtv-users] tv_grab_uk_rt isn't working

If there are any issues with loading on their side, maybe we could
operate our grabbers with a periodically updated channels.dat - that'd
no doubt help them a fair bit.

I hope that the feed returns soon and the RadioTimes folks want to
continue the service - we'd be up a certain creek without a paddle
without it for a lot of channels.
