[mythtv-users] Zap2it outage?

Hey, it's Tom from Zap2it Labs here.

Just wanted to thank you guys for the reports (and the back-and-forth on
this list) and let you know that we're *actively* working on the problem.
We do not have it pinned down yet.

I do want to set any fears of "blacklisting" at ease.  We're not blocking
anyone at the firewall-level.

Thanks for the technical information.  It is helpful, and the more you can
send to us, the better.  Info such as traceroutes, time of request,
username, size of download, etc.

Thanks for your patience and help!  You Myth folks have always been very
helpful.

The traceroutes previous in the discussion were run during the
"suggested" fetching window.  All other manual attempts at all other
times of the day have failed too.  I'm pretty sure this isn't the
case:  the traceroutes clearly show the packets being dropped by AT&T,
and the fact that I can't get to the Zap2It web sites (www,
labs.zap2it.com) are a pretty clear indicator that it's not about when
I'm doing the DataDirect fetching.
