[mythtv-users] 150 ir blaster usb?

I have the 150 with the remote and the "beanbag" ir receiver with a blaster:

I have the remote working fine with myth, but now I have to control my
digital cable box. All the information I find talks about com's and my
ir blaster is like a headphone jack and it plugs into the back of the
ir receiver (which is usb).

I've been working with this:

I can't seem to figure this out. I don't know what to do for the parts
that talk about com1 and com2

Please help if you can.
