[mythtv-users] pvr 350 +tuner +ivtv

When I do a dmesg | grep ivtv, it shows type 47 tuner and shows
everything loading properly. When I try to scantv, it comes up with
invalid input television. Try motv it comes config invalid value to
norm, NTSC-M, valid choises to 'norm': ntsc, pal, however, when I go to
options, TV norm, ntsc is checked. Xawtv does not do much better, also
no channel scan works. Tvtime comes up with invalid input. Have not
found any of the config files for any of these programs even under my
home director where they supposedly are.  

Try hardware setup in YAST, TV card, it recognizes the card, but when I
go to tuner, is says no tuner and scan channel starts to work but finds
no output on any channel.

Cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg did work at one time, does no longer. 

mythbackend starts, but now with YAST (Suse 10.0) If I try to watch TV
with mythtvfrontend, I get a black screen.

ivtv is ver 4.1. NOTHING works with this and I am very confused, lost
and frustrated. Read hundreds of items on google searches and just got
more confused. Somethings are supposed to work with bttv & ivtv, but
this is not a bttv card.

So, one last try before I give up. Does anyone have or know where and
EXACT procedure is for a suse 2.6.13 kernel with ivtv-0k.4.1, pvr-350,
and Nvidia FX 5500 video  card or how to go in a step by step procedure
for troubleshooting?
