This would be a good thing for an option in setup as I'm pretty sure 
many Canadians are having this problem.  I'm on Starchoice.  At least 
we'll have the option of going with 11 days in 0.19, that should cure 
the problem.

ps. My grandfather (Frank Kelleher) was a tailor for many years in 
Oxford.  Small world.
