    I have a similar card from Digital Now that uses this device.

    I haven't found any code/software for this device, but I am waiting 
on a component vendor to supply me with the technical spec's and 
programming information and as no one else has attacked these chips, 
I'll try to work it out myself using a old driver as a template and see 
how I go....

    If some one else is able to do a better job than me, I'm all for 
helping them... I don't know much about C/C++ or whatever to do it from 
scratch myself.
