Have you tried turning off deinterlacing and watching? It broadcasts  
at 1080i so if no deinterlacing helps, it's not a problem with the  
stream, but rather a problem with the playback. Someone recently  
mentioned that changing from Bob to Kernel greatly reduced his  
prebuffering pause messages.
