[mythtv-users] OT:PCHDTV Customer Support

Has anyone had success in contacting them about a hardware issue  
lately? I've sent two e-mails this week one on Monday and one on  
Wednesday and have heard nothing back from them.  I've also skimmed  
through their forums and there does not appear to be anyone from the  
company participating.  Am I off base here or have others found this  
to be true as well?
