This is great if one wants to increase the amount of disks...

What are the steps to increase storage by swapping in bigger disks?
I have 3x160GB RAID5 and I would like to make it 3x250GB, which have 
already been bought.
I have been trying to get the recorded stuff below 60GB to able to 
unmount the RAID and swap the disk (I curse the "Third Rock from the 
Sun" for filling my disks...).

Is there a better way to do this?
