Hi,
I think the trick is to create a new video source in MythTV for QAM
cable, separate from your firewire video source.
Attach your already-created zap2it lineup to the QAM source. It doesn't
matter that it contains extra channels.
Attach the QAM source to the HDHR input and run a channel scan.
When finished double check your zap2it lineup - MythTV sometimes trys to
be helpful and disables channels you don't receive.
