ok, next thing to do is run:

  FILE="/path/to/4294967295_20061126115353.mpg"

  mplayer -v -v -v -v -nolirc -nojoystick -vo null -ao null \
          -frames 0 -identify "$FILE" 2>/dev/null | grep FPS

Paste the results into your reply.

If you don't get any results, remove the "| grep FPS" and give me the
full results.
