That is odd.  My SB Live 5.1 will play AC3 and analogue from the SD card 
and mythmusic, but only if the Optical RAW is muted/off.  If it's not 
muted, I don't hear anything from mythmusic or other apps (mplayer, 
aplay, etc).  The SBLive Analogue/Digital is always unmuted/on.
