Yes my network is 192.168.2.%.
I installed webmin and as best I can tell permissions are correct.
Under user permissions it says,
mythtv 192.168.2.% permissions=All
Under database permissions it says the same thing with database of mythconverg.
Nothing is listed under Host permissions. Is that correct?
This is what I get from telnetting.
xbox:~/.ssh# telnet 192.168.2.253 3306
Trying 192.168.2.253...
Connected to 192.168.2.253.
Escape character is '^]'.

Connection closed by foreign host.
Thanks for the help.
