Yes.  Because a cutlist *cuts* the content while you are watching 
instead of processing as commercial flags.  A cutlist is independent of 
a commercial flag but, as you did, you can use your flag marks to help 
create a cutlist.  Once the cutlist is in place, it supersedes flag marks.
