[mythtv-users] ASUS P4P800-SE No Sound with onboard soundcard

I have some flavor of the P4P800.  I don't think its the SE, but it sounds
like it has the same on-board sound card.  I am using the digital out and
there are some quirks to getting this to work.  I'm not sure if that's what
you are having problems with or not.  Anyhow, I have my .asoundrc here if
you are interested:

For the digital output I need the IEC958 Playback Source set to PCM and the
IEC958 Playback AC97-SPSA set to 0 in Alsamixer.  If I have it set to
anything other than 0 I get no "sound" (really data) out of the spdif ports.
