No, it's saying it requires 3.1GB of free disk space (presumably the 2G
minimum free you've set plus space for the next scheduled recording -
from what you've said earlier I'd guess this'll be approx 45min) and
it'll recheck required space every 10 minutes (w/freq: 10 min).
