[mythtv-users] Change Default Time of Jump/Skip (10 Minutes)?

Where can I change the default time of 10 Minutes for the Jump/Skip key?  I
find that 10 minutes is a little excessive and would like to reduce that to
5 or maybe even 1 minute per jump.  I've looked in both the frontend and
backend configuration screens and haven't seen it.
