Well that must be a one off, me hitting the nail on the head!

Now however I must point you in the direction of the manual..

Make sure to follow the security link, quoted for MySQL and read up on how
to set up a mythtv user. Also have a search around to see how to make sure
the correct MySQL username and password is in the mysql.txt file.
