Micheal Knoll applied it to his .19 setup successfully but I'm not sure 
if that was -fixes or regular. I haven't noticed a lot of work in 
mythvideo so it ought to apply fine in either tree and maybe even head.

Use the existing "Gallery view browses files" option to make mythvideo 
display from metadata. Checked means scan the filesystem and compare 
with the DB while unchecked means go by the DB only. One extra bit I 
added was, while in gallery view, you have a new entry in the popup 
menu to toggle between folder view and flat view.
