I posted that just to make the point that IO ineffiecieny on the PCI
bus is probably not the issue.  I can make stellar recordings if
nothing else is going on.  I'm pretty sure its either an interference,
power, or bunk hardware issue.  I did want to pick the collective
brain to see if I missed anything.
