[mythtv-users] I think my channel lineup sprang forward, instead of my clock!

So now I need to know how to make it fall back.

I logged into zap2it.com and they are reporting the lineup correctly. 
They are reporting the right shows at the right times.

This started after I upgraded to KnoppMyth R5B7. (with MythTV .19)
  That couldn't have anything to do with it, right? ;-)

Suggestions?
