Go into mythtv-setup on the master backend and turn off the settings
that say "Allow Commercial Detection Jobs" and "Allow Transcoding Jobs"
and the User Jobs as well if you have any of those.  Then all jobs will
only run on the slave.  If you transcode, you need to have your video
storage directory shared between the two backends and probably mounted
on the same location unless you're using very recent SVN which will check
both directories in case you don't share storage normally.
