Didn't expect to be asking so soon, but am a complete apache noob.

How do I quickly set up apache to use the default user and group for
mythburn:

What user is the webserver running as?
This is used to set ownership of
Temp and DVD directories
[mythtv]:

What group is the webserver running as?
This is used to set ownership of
