[mythtv-users] nuvexport - commercial cut does not work

yuvdenise is related to the "denoise" option, which would normally see a 
yes/no for after the cutlist question (they're not related, just 
sequential).

You selected to use the myth cutlist, so if there is one (you do have to 
manually create the cutlist with mythtv's editor), it WILL get used by 
nuvexport.
