[mythtv-users] can't watch live tv, record static

Capturing command line works fine, but all I get is static/garbled
picture from each card.  Cards appear to be setup fine in
mythtv-setup.  I wonder if there is an issue with the cable splitter I
am using?  I'm pretty sure it is the same one I used before when
things worked on FC3.  Here is the ouput of ivtv:

The only thing that looked suspicious in this was the low latency timer message.
