[mythtv-users] Question about Firewire and Digital Cable

If you have a box the can handle HD, you will be able to get all of the
free-to-air (OTA) HD channels that the cable provider carries. You won't
have to pay for an HD package.

In all likelyhood, these are also the ONLY channels (along with their SD
versions) that you will have access to via firewire, regardless of what
package you pay for.
