I have a VIA Epia-M 10000 (Processor C3 1Ghz)

I looked at the CPU activity when I transcoded the files. The First pass used
all the CPU available (so approximatively 80%) but the second pass used only
30%.
Is there a way to force the programm using more CPU?
Do you know how many time takes normally an ecoding in XviD for a movie about
1h30?
