[mythtv-users] Debian plugins

I had the same problem but recompiled the source and turn them
into my own deb---dependencies solved. 
something like 

apt-get build-dep mythtv
apt-get source mythtv
cd whatever
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -uc -b

if successful the deb files on *your* system will load.
