Actually, there are many improvements in the CVS version, 0.5.x. It 
is now much less likely to go haywire and start spewing out garbage 
to the VFD, for instance.

However, you need to use a recent version of Myth with this version 
of LCDproc. I don't think 0.18.1 will work with it, you may have to 
go to the last stable beta.
