[mythtv-users] myth-setup faliure on Ubuntu 5.04

Hi appriciate any help

When I try to run the myth-setup the tv screen flashes for a moment but 
fails and the following is the output

When I try mythbackend I get a similar message and trying to configure does 
not make any change

I have setup the root password in the Mysql and a mythtv client has been 
added with the following.
  grant all on mythconverg.* to mythtv@"%" identified by "mythtv";

Any help is appriciated
