The bigger the better really.
The most common sizes are 2 x 20 and 4 x 20 I think?

Given the choice of the two sizes you mention I would definitely 
go with the 4 x 40 assuming you can get it to fit in your case!

Myth will work fine with both sizes though. Some screens
make use of the additional lines on 4 line displays by showing
more information that is not shown on 2 line displays.
