Directly, no, not that I'm aware of.

But I don't see why you couldn't rig up wget to retrieve such things
(or, with a little less work, some purpose-built Linux RSS fetcher),
and have it drop things into MythVideo's subfolders.  You'd likely want
it to name the files such that they'd sort reverse-chron, instead of
whatever they source names them, but other than that...
