Yes

My xBox died.  It wouldn't power on.  I bought a new
v1.1 Power supply, however, that didn't solve the
problem so I sent rhe PS back and ordered a
motherboard and decided that I may as well get the
additional RAM at the same time since the installation
was pretty cheap and I am not the best solderer in the world.
