You don't need to set up two channel sources, when you run mythtv-setup 
on the slave backend to add the card, you will then be able to, from the 
Input Connections screen, match both tuner inputs to the same channel 
source.  The inputs will be labelled by tuner number so as not to be 
confusing.   This is described in the documentation at 
http://www.mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-9.html#ss9.3 by telling you to 
skip over "Video Sources" since you only need to define the source once 
to use it with both tuners.
