You might want to swap the PVR-250 for a -150 - it's probably cheaper.
As for case and mobo, you will likely want to look at mATX units.
However, for a small case that comes with the mobo installed and
negates the need for a video card, I use an Asus Pundit-R system for a
myth system and it works fine. Has 2 PCI slots so you could add
another tuner in the future, and has onboard network and audio.
