Just wanted to mention that I have installed FC3 and FC4 (also FC2 if memory serves me) *many* times on PCs equipped with Rhine-II. IIRC, these were all different flavours of mini-ITX boards. Works just fine out of the box, every time. Is it possible that your NIC is defective?
