This happened to me once with my local WB affiliate too; it seems to be
a misconfiguration at the transmitter (in my case it was coming as out
"encrypted", but no encryption method was specified.)

The SVN version of myth has a workaround for this but it's not in a
terribly stable state at the moment especially wrt live tv.
