Not sure about this error message but the ninemsn website is currently
missing channels. ACT only has SBS and Nine showing, Sydney has 4 of them.
This could be the cause of your current problems. Hopefully ninemsn fixes it
quickly or we will be without guide data.

Thanks, but ninemsn guide for Northern NSW (my area) has all the program 
info- must be another issue
