[mythtv-users] Database Schema on latest 0.18

I am getting the following error when updating Video meta data:

SELECT intid FROM videocountry WHERE  country LIKE 'USA' ;
Driver error was [2/1146]:
QMYSQL3: Unable to execute query
Database error was:
Table 'mythconverg.videocountry' doesn't exist

I am not sure if this is a current issue, or my schema is out of date. The
version from the settings table reads 1083.

I looked for a schema update script, but could not find one.
Does someone have a script for this table definition?
