[mythtv-users] Occasional problem starting mplayer from MythVideo

I have a similar problem, but I can't seem to get the same verbosity
that you have. mplayer will not play a video every now and then, and
kick back to mythtv (which appears frozen) about 15 or 20 seconds
later. Nothing wrong shows up in my logs. Some times the video will
pick up and run after the exorbitant delay, sometimes mplayer dies.
